General Working Principles

        The WELLAN®2000 rings operate on the basis of latest quantum research discoveries. The rings emit coded oscillations into the water. These oscillations are referred to as natural oscillations, molecular oscillations or biosignals. These oscillations are first modulated and imprinted into the materials of the ring at sub-atomic level and then transferred from the WELLAN rings to the water and the water stores these oscillations. The oscillations are propagated in the water primarily in the flow direction, and the result is that all the water is induced to act against scale and corrosion. These oscillations are maintained in the water for a very long time and are actually lost only when the water is superimposed by electrical fields. This means that all the water in the piping system acts constantly against the scale and corrosion. The water retains its properties even when it is tapped and can be used for descaling or derusting, as described further below.

        All bodies and all materials have their own oscillation, what is called molecular fundamental oscillation, also known as Brownian colloidal movement. This is because all bodies consist of molecules. A molecule consists of several atoms which are, however, not rigidly linked to each other. Rather, the atoms are in constant motion and this motion then results in the molecular oscillation. On the basis of most recent scientific findings, there is a constant exchange of signals between the atomic nucleus and the electrons. The frequencies of these exchanged signals lie in the gigahertz to terahertz band. The WELLAN rings are charged at the works with a number of various machines so to speak and the charges are stored in this band. It is mainly high silicon aluminum and semi-precious metal elements which are used for the WELLAN rings.

        The WELLAN units emit interfering oscillations and resonance oscillations in response to these fundamental oscillations. Ultimately, charges are shifted in the calcium carbonate and rust and, thus, the properties of the calcium carbonate and corrosion are changed.

In the early nineties last century, Klaus Wagner set to work and invented the biosignal water treatment device which satisfies all of the above requirements to the fullest extent. With a great deal of work and hard labour, the device was further enhanced in collaboration with other private institutes. Today, a matured, future oriented product capable of covering all the sectors of water treatment can proudly be presented.

Installation of WELL®2000 Ring

        Installation of Wellan2000 water treatment ring is simple and disturbance free to customer's existing facilities. Prior to the installation please note the following:

1. Make sure that the installation point should be at the inlet of water pipeline connected to downstream facilities such as heat exchangers.

2. Make sure that electric appliances and/or high-voltage power cables are at least 100 cm away since they may affect the function of the device.

The whole installation process includes the following steps:

1. Wrap the pipe with two to four layers of insulating tape before placing the ring on the pipe.

2. Loosen the two screws by means of an Allen Key. The ring can now be taken apart in two halves.

3. Place both ring halves onto the previously taped water pipe, making sure that the arrow is pointing in the flow direction of the water.

4. Screw the two halves together again so they form a solid ring.

The above regular sizes are available on stock. Sizes larger than 12 inches should be produced according to customer's requirements.
