Through friendly business discussions and negotiations, an agreement of close cooperation between the two companies: Beijing Toptenda Technology, and Wellan Century Technology, had been reached in the Month of January this year.

Under the agreement, Wellan Century, a market-oriented company focused on new green technology's applications and promotions in China, will use its massive existing sales network in China to help Beijing Toptenda Technology sell its energy saving product named MicroTherm Dynamic originally from Denmark.

Beijing Toptenda is the exclusive distributor for Danhill Energy Solution A/S, a leading energy service company from Denmark. Beijing Toptenda is authorized to promote and sell Danhill's products in the territory of the People's Republic of China, which includes HongKong, Macao, and Taiwan.

Both parties think that the cooperation between Beijing Toptenda and Wellan Century will create synergy to offer better technology and service to Chinese customers. Both also agreed to make efforts toward working out a package of mid-to-long-term of business cooperation in developing energy efficiency and eco-friendly products for the market of China.
